Rain Policy
The tournament directors will make every possible effort to have all schedule games played during the tournament. Due to inclement weather, we reserve the right to change the format of the tournament. We feel that in the best interest of all the teams and the tournament, the format will be pre-determined. This way there will be no confusion by either party about expectations.
1. Due to inclement weather, causing us to lose more than 1/2 the games on either the 1st or 2nd day of the tournament, we will use the third or fourth day to complete pool play. We will start championship play as early as possible on Saturday or Sunday. There will be a short delay in between pool play and the start of championship play for us to seed or place teams.
2. If pool play has to be made up on Saturday, there is a possibility that all consolation, bronze and silver games will be cancelled. If your team intends to leave the tournament early (prior to the completion of pool play or championship play) please notify us ASAP. If your team leaves the tournament early and has not completed two games, there will be no credit given for the following year.
3. The tournament directors reserve the right to change the tournament format at any time, due to inclement weather; this is in order to complete the tournament.
